The work we plan,
none of it yet.
When operational, wonarth will focus on the programmes below. Today they are intent, not infrastructure. We will publish them as they begin.
Urban Plantation
Native-species micro-forests in vacant urban land. Where the city most needs to breathe. Plantations begin only after Section 8 incorporation, MoUs with land partners, and species sourcing.
Aravalli Restoration
Native species reforestation on degraded ridge land in partnership with state forest departments. Slow, patient restoration. Begins only after the necessary state permissions and an audited budget.
Yamuna Riparian
Modest riparian re-establishment along select stretches. We do not pretend we can clean the river. We can plant native vegetation where it can take root. Begins only when partnerships and land are in place.
Restoration of dignity,
in work and community.
wonarth restores land, community, and dignity. The third register is legal: pro bono, non-solicitation, in the public interest.
Legal Justice Wing
Pro bono Public Interest Litigation, policy submissions, and law reform work on employee salary protection, workplace dignity for women, consumer and home buyer protection, forced labour, and environmental restoration. No fee from any party, no engagements, no solicitation.
Support Helpline
Charitable navigation for employees facing salary default, women facing workplace coercion, and home buyers facing developer default. Guidance and referral in strict confidence, without fee. Not legal representation.
Accountability Directory
A public directory of adjudicated employer misconduct and developer defaults, built only from final orders on the public record, compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
Anti-Harassment Training
Workplace safety and anti-harassment training offered on a charitable basis to workplaces that request it, without solicitation, drawing on the Foundation’s substantive legal knowledge.
